Change XML descriptor file format:
- add setjava tag to inform configurator that C is generate from java source.
- add <think> and </think> tag to check is this is a think XML file.
Furthermore experiment JDK1.4 XML implementation.

Initial version
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
