Add opencompiler under CVS. This allow us to generate Stub and Skeleton
for the remote binding factory.
This require a complete change on ant generation!

Change cross-compilation by adding complex properties managment
like was done in gnu tools.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
