Addition of an export file to the Launcher's module.
This file contains various settings for the Launcher framework.
The "launcher.settings.init" target should be a dependence of any ANT target using the Launcher.
It provides right bootclasspath and classpath respectively with IDs:
launcher.bootlibs
launcher.libs
and associated string properties, converted according to the detected OS:
launcher.bootclasspath
launcher.classpath

file export.xml was initially added on branch OPENCCM_MODULES.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
