First version for the Examples module documentation

It extracts from the main OpenCCM user guide :
 demonstrations page

The install guide details
  module's contents (provided examples)
  basic build method to use,

index file aims to provide an entrypoint of the documentation when built standalone for the module,
project file provides the left menu for this standalone doc,
the history file lists the modifications (none at current stage)

a new build.xml present at the module's root provides the doc target
