Request diff between arbitrary revisions / Display revisions graphically

JOTM with carol integration.

This is a first step for a generic jotm working on many Transaction architecture and many
Communication layer. Now jotm is "communication layer independent" with carol. The tests now  use also the new carol feature
of implicit propagation context. JDK 1.4 is needed for rmi iiop tests (later we can easily use an other rmi iiop corba because there is nothing, except the carol configuration, the rmic compiling and the name server which depends on the jdk1.4 sun rmi iiop)

 There is always some problems:

- The Jeremie tests doesn't work because there is problems with jeremie handler
- There is a problem with IIOP tests because of the ControImpl/Coordinator implementation which is not "communication independent"
- There always the XAServerImpl stop problem
