Support of Jeremie protocol within JONAS integrated with JOTM

o Changed the name of package.html to JOTMArchitecture.html

With the permission of the orginal copyright holders and contributors 
and at the direction of the ObjectWeb Executive Board, the license 
was changed on December 5, 2003 to the Berkeley Software

JOTM with carol integration.

This is a first step for a generic jotm working on many Transaction architecture and many
Communication layer. Now jotm is "communication layer independent" with carol. The tests now  use also the new carol feature
of implicit propagation context. JDK 1.4 is needed for rmi iiop tests (later we can easily use an other rmi iiop corba because there is nothing, except the carol configuration, the rmic compiling and the name server which depends on the jdk1.4 sun rmi iiop)

 There is always some problems:

- The Jeremie tests doesn't work because there is problems with jeremie handler
- There is a problem with IIOP tests because of the ControImpl/Coordinator implementation which is not "communication independent"
- There always the XAServerImpl stop problem

first attempt to commit the first version of the transaction manager as a standalone
product. This includes packaging of the TM for RMI, JRMI and DAVID orbs, tests, examples, and make file for distribution

added stub compilation for DAVID and JEREMIE

First extraction of the TM from the JOnAS project.  The imported source files
come from a  checkout of JOnAS on February 13th 2002.
Archives in externals  have been  made using the shell script they embed.
Files have been imported has is and the tree does not compile yet.
