Complete the FOS mapper and activate most of tests on it (lot of failures and errors are still to be corrected).

The FOS mapper is functional.

Added ant.bat for windows. Modified build.xml to copy ant.bat to dist.
Modified examples/common/build.xml to take into account windows systems
for jormclasspath, due to an impossibility in windows to find .pd files
in the ow_jorm.jar.
Note: this solution requires that "dev" is available as a directory
containing the JORM src. This is not clean.
Instead, the .pd (such as Polymorph.pd) should be copied into dist for windows.

Fully automates example execution.

Update example with a new naming conf (support of
polymorphic names!).

The antJorm task has evoluated to permit to specify the extenstions of the compiler. The ant task interacts directly with the compiler parameter to add extensions. It uses the extensions to parse the parameters and their values.

It is now possible to specify more parameters on the antJorm task.
Furthermore the generation.properties does not contain
parameter associated to a mapper. Each generation.properties file
contains only information about its persistent class:
- binderinheritance

- mappingname
The other generation parameters are specified by the ant task:
- mappername
- verifier
- parser
- mapperFactory
- file to configure the log system
