Change JORM in order to be able to parse ".pd" descriptor files at runtime.
Add methods setDTDLocations and setPathToPdFiles to PMapper interface: this information is necessary to the mapper to configure the ".pd" file parser.
Add methods configureMIManager and configureParser to JotmConfigurator interface: they are used to configure the meta-information manager as well as the parser.
JormCompiler is now based on the previous configuration methods.
Correct a bug into RdbMapCluster that now refuse duplicate column declaration with different notnull constraint definitions.
Align test with all the previous modifications.
Desactivate tests related to the FOS mapper.
