Diff to previous 1.1
add build configuration for easy deploy of artifact to a maven repository. Changed the version to 0.1.7-SNAPSHOT to enable automatic re-downloads of newer versions without a version number change

Add maven project files
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
