Use commons logging (1.0.4 for now even if there is an alpha version 1.0.5)  instead of Monolog for the logger.
BTW the commons-logging jars are provided by the product integrating Carol. (could be any version).
Note that monolog api are now required only for jeremie protocol but if we don't use this protocol, api are useless.
Add a dummy commons-logging.properties for tests.

Note that there are no changes to do in trace.properties of JOnAS for configuring the logger.
But this is easier to integrate carol for products using only commons-logging.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
