loadtest was broken, and the other build*.xml files
were not used by anyone.
We should loadtest C-JDBC with the request player in a proper
scenario.
When we need the apache loadtool again, and we can generate
interesting results with it (which is quite hard as is), I shall put it back.
We can also use JUnitPerf when we need to loadtest some methods
and unit tests

Updates for release
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
