Added missing libs to compile distributed joins support

o added dir c-jdbc/config/language so that we can use Eclipse built-in support for externalized Strings to navigate between
  the code and the translations

changed LAF to metouia instead of kunstoff because it was no longer supported

so this huge commit can be rolled back if something has gone wrong.
I've performed basic testing with success, waiting for result of the whole regression test suite.
