Documentation update for 3.1

Support for Jboss 4.0.4 has been added. Configuration files and installations instructions has been updated.

Project hook onInstantiate was added (not finished). New methods were added in UserSessionBean to bring to the user useful information about instances he started.
Some changes in formsGenerator (Required fields buf was fixed)

Install doc file and config ressources were updated to support JOnAS 4.4.2 version.
Four new business methods were added to the UserSessionBean allowing to categorize activities by model.
Code refactoring to avoid ProjectSessionBean memory leak.

First activity of both processes and sub-processes is executed automatically by the engine
if this one was declared as automatic.

- Multiple deadlines are allowed for activities (both absolute and relatives modes are supported).
- Entity beans id's and UniqueKey generator mechanism were updated from int type to String
- Axis version was updated as well as bonita net jar files.
- Entity bean lock policy was updated from container-serialized to container-read-committed.
- A global refactoring and code optimization was made to avoid entity beans locking cases at workflow
instantiation and instance execution run time.
- An internal cache was introduced to minimize database access and avoid entity beans locking.

Many changes are included here: Configuration files were updated to work with JOnAS-4.2.3 version.
Xdoclet version was updated and some tags were rewrited.
New business methods were added to UserSession API and ProjectSession API.
OnReady hooks (java and interactive hooks) were implemented.
GraphEditor application was updated allowing onDeadline and onReady hooks definition
Documentantion, release notes and samples were also updated.
Javadoc files were re-generated
Some bugs were fixed.

User base externalization mechanism was put in place allowig clients to deal with its own information systerm. A lot of changes in order to fiw some historic bugs, config files, projectsession methods and formGenerator application

BonitaLoadClass service is now available. Hooks and Mappers can be deployed at server run-time.
Some task were added in the build.xml file allowing users to compile and deploy those hooks and mappers.
Bonita web services configuration was updated. Web services are deployed
automatically when the server starts.

Workflow instances execution data can be stored as XML files. This feature takes part
of the JMX Config service. Otherwise the system purge instance data after
termination.
ProjectSessionBean refactoring.

Process instances can be modified at run time, JMX services was added. This service is oriented to
Bonita monitoring: log, traces, jms events and historic.

bonita_API and user_guide documents updated. Interoperability bug between grapheditor and web interface was fixed. Samples were updated

models, instances and cooperatives types were added. The status concept was also introduced: Active and hidden values are possible.
Clone operation copy all entities of the project. Models cannot be executed and cooperative processes cannot be instantiated.
Some changes in grapheditor to support model/cooperatives projects and to active/hide projects.
Javadoc and release_notes file was updated.

New Process definition security model. Only projects admins are authorised to modify the workflow process (set, delete, add methods). Participants of a process are able to obtain data from a process (get methods, only some methods have restricted access: get hooks, get mappers). The setNodeProperty method is also available for participants which have the same role than this node.
New SuperAdmin J2EE security role was added for allowing the workflow engine to deal with the ProjectSession API.

Release notes update, build.xml bug fixed (forms directory was created).

Delete project/instance logic has been modified. The creator of the project are able to delete a project even if this one has subProcesses (subProcesses are removed as well).
getTodoListByProperties method is available to perform queries with one, two ot three properties.
API documentation and release_notes files were updated.

Instantiation bug was fixed (first activity was set not anticipable by default). Bug fixed in the sub-porocess property propagation.

updated for instantiation consistency. SetEdgeCondition was included in instantiation. Bug in setNodeProperties was
fiwed in EngineSession Bean. Sub-processes iteration bug was fixed. GraphEditor application was updated (close operation).
Build.xml file was also updated (jakarta-oro jar is copied in the JOnAS server)

Iteration logic has been rewrited in order to fix some iterations bugs and improve performance.
Activity properties are now copied into workflow instances. Properties values are copied at instantiation time.
AddEdge bug fixed when the engine creates a new edge.
Activities iterations are copied in the Clone operation.
AndEdgeState class are patched for instances consistency.

Installation documentation was update for JOnAS 4. Oracle database bug was fixed (BnInterHooks scripts fields are now mapped as VARCHAR 5000).

Delete project/instance operation was updated. You are able to delete a project and its instances if theses ones are terminated.
Terminate projects/instances operation is available on the Manager application.
Some bugs fixed in Manager applications

GraphEditor events handling was improuved. Some bugs were fixed in the Manager application. Delete project model is not allowed.
